4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at kee99 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
- kee99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If the offer conditions are not met, the bonus balance and winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
- If any irregular betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
5. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.3 Betting Responsibility

6. VIP Program
kee99's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 kee99's Rights
kee99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false or incorrect registration information.
- Failure to pass age verification.
- Based on a legitimate request from authorities.
7.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that there are no pending bets or withdrawal requests on your account. Even after account closure, it will be possible to withdraw any valid balance.
